Uladzislau Kavalyou's mother and sister send appeal to UN

Relatives of one of Minsk metro terrorist act convicts sent a note on breaking the right for living to the Committee on Human Rights on December 15.

Lawyer Raman Kislyak, who represents the authors of the appeal in the UNO's Committee on Human Rights, has informed that mother of the convict Lyubou Kavalyova and his sister Tatsiana Kozyar state that Uladzislau Kavalyou cannot file an appeal himself as the administration of the KGB prison where he is now block passing of the power-of-attorney from him, thus trying to prevent him from appealing, in the opinion of the ladies.
