Brest resident submits another demand to disclose burial site of executed criminal Zhuk

Sniazhana Neudakh, mother of three children and resident of Brest, has submitted another written request to the Presidential Administration, demanding to disclose the burial site of Andrei Zhuk, executed for double murder in March 2010.

A few days ago, she received a reply from the Department of Sentence Execution of the Interior Ministry, which states that, under Article 175 of the Criminal Procedural Code, the burial location of the executed person cannot be made public.

Ms. Neudakh believes the disclosure of this information might be considered a humane act by President Lukashenka.
