Exhibition "Six arguments against the death penalty" held in Mozyr

The exhibition is being held at Mozyr center of advocates of changes and includes posters from the collection of the World Coalition Against the Death Penalty and paintings by Aleh Ablazhei.

"Belarus is the last country in Europe that still imposes the death penalty”, said Mozyr human rights activist Uladzimir Tseliapun. “It is shameful to cling to the medieval practice of punishment, we need to move forward and not to make the state a killer".

Let us remind that the exhibition, held within the framework of the campaign "Human Rights Defenders against Death Penalty" has been already shown in Minsk, Mahilioŭ, Homieĺ and Rečyca.
