Civil society activists distributed the book “Who Needs Death Penalty?” by Valery Filipau. The action was timed to the joint action "Cities for Life - Cities Against the Death Penalty", which is held on November 30 in many countries.

The books were distributed through shops of local entrepreneurs – members of the Belarusian Popular Front and the civil campaign “Tell the Truth”. Bialynichy activists distributed it with the hope that after reading the book people will more actively speak out for the abolition of this inhuman punishment.
